1. Free Trial
- All new customers are eligible for a 1-day free trial to experience our service.
- The free trial period begins as soon as your account is activated.
- Payment details are required to start the free trial.
2. Subscription Charges
- After the completion of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the selected plan, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis, as per the plan selected by the customer.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided the request is made in writing to our support team.
- No refunds are provided after 7 days following the initial purchase or renewal of the service.
- Refunds are not available for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions.
- No refunds will be entertained for accounts that are terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Refunds will not be elegible if the charge is one-time as an addon product
